My favorite Face Painting Magazine has to be the online e-zine called: BRUSH STROKES MAGAZINE. On this page I plan to feature all the main Face and Body art publications. These magazines feature the work of fabulous artists as well as keeping you up-to-date with news from the face and body art world, reviews, and step-by steps. Some are available by subscription online and others are posted via traditional "snail mail".

Brush Strokes Magazine

Brush Strokes Online Magazine, is a monthly e-zine for face and body painters worldwide, which has been created to inspire, encourage, help and support the development of artists worldwide. Each month, the e-zine features the work of fabulous artists as well as keeping readers up-to-date with news from the face and body art world, reviews, and step-by steps. Judith Whitelaw is a professional face painter, beauty therapist, budding henna artist and sometime belly dancer living just south of Valencia in Spain. She has been face painting since July 2005.

Kat Sinclair - Editor

Kat is a professional face painter living in London, England. She has been face painting since 2003, and also does glitter tattoos and body art. She also has several years experience of building websites, is a keen amateur photographer and makes a great chocolate cake.

The UK Face Painting Association's quarterly magazine

Face to Face is The Face Painting Association's quarterly magazine and all members receive a subscription to the magazine.

Non members of FACE may also subscribe to this publication, by completing the Subscription Form on their website.

The cost within the UK is £25 for a year or 4 issues including postage and packaging & for fans from outside the UK the cost is £29 (in GBP/Sterling Money Order or GBP/Sterling cheques only), alternatively you could join FACE! (The UK Face Painting Association)

The Editor of American Face Painter

Jodi Carr has been entertaining with her art at trade shows, corporate parties and company picnics for 25 years. In addition to being an avid face painter she draws caricatures, cuts silhouettes and does henna and glitter tattoos for events through her Silicon Valley based business Arty Party. Her work is often featured in local and international publications.
A Bay Area native, she studied at San Francisco Art Institute and San Jose State University where she earned a degree in Graphic Design with an Illustration Concentration. SURVIVORS Magazine

Survivor Magazine is produced by the Breast Cancer Survivor project for awareness, fundraising, inspiration and healing worldwide. This is a magazine for Inspiration, Hope, Healing and more, Featuring survivor Gillian Brill and her portrait "Phoenix Rising" This is their Premiere Issue and also has a complementary FREE digital download. Survivor asks people to share this with anyone who may benefit.

Breast Cancer Awareness Body Painting Project: (BCABPP) A Fine Art & Photography Essay of Survivors.
