Face Painting & Balloon Twisting
In Monterey County & Sacramento County ~ Northern California. Self taught face painter Valerie is owner and founder of Val's Face Painting. She recently teamed up with Mark, a self taught balloon twister that is also known as Mark's Balloon Creations.

Together they are Brushes 'N' Balloons based in Salinas, CA. A great form of event entertainment for all ages. They provide a full setup with lots of professional supplies at reasonable rates.
