Twinkle Time Face Painting is based is Swansea, South Wales. We provide face painters for corporate events, parties, weddings, festivals and more. We also do cheek and arm designs and UV designs for clubs and themed parties.

Emma Hutchings is a member of FACE (The Face Painting Association #403) and is fully insured and CRB checked. We love to create interesting and pretty faces as well as all the classic designs. We can work from a theme, from our imagination or from a set list of faces. All paints and products used are FDA approved. Charity discounts are available.
