My name is Amy Stump & live in St Augustine Florida. St Augustine "the oldest city in America" that has a wonderful historic / tourism city located just below city of Jacksonville. I am a Forensic Artist, Professional Artist: Portraits, Historical, Photo Reconstruction, Architecture, Murals, Landscape, etc. You name it - I paint it.

I started painting kids faces when I was selling my art on site at a local outdoor seafood resturaunt and developed a excellent reputation for having not only wonderful artwork but a artist kids loved because I could make a child into a completely 'differnet' person within 3 minutes. People kept returning because I had great custom designs, was fast, fun painted all ages from 2 years to 80. As long as the kids were happy the parents even more happy. I'm described as a sweetheart by many and identified as "that cool artist wearing a big hat" Mainly, I've enjoyed the kids reactions after they are painted - so much fun!

Occasionally I am asked to parties to face paint kids, but a couple of times I have worked baby-showers. Its more fun at baby-showers where I get to paint the future mommy's 'bump'. I nicknamed it "bump-painting" where I have painted a "bump" like an aquarium, a bee-hive, or a globe. I try to stick to "round" objects as the theme.

I should be updating my site soon with photos of my face paintings. I would estimate $30 for an hour would be average, and includes travel as long as its within 20 miles. Any farther travel would be $10 extra. The paints are professional use (Paradise Makeup) non-toxic & soap wash off. I dont paint children under 2 years old as their skin is so sensitive, nor have I seen any skin allergies caused by this paint.
